A New Chapter for CLT!
Strategic Plan 2026–2030
Courtenay Little Theatre has adopted its 2026–2030 Strategic Plan, and it’s an exciting step forward for CLT and our community!
The plan focuses on what matters most right now: securing a long-term home and performing space, expanding opportunities to make and experience theatre, growing training and skills, strengthening marketing and fundraising, and building a more diverse, engaged, and connected CLT community.
This plan comes to life through people getting involved — members, volunteers, artists, audiences, donors, and partners all playing a part.
There are many ways to join in! To learn more about the plan or to get involved with a committee, contact info@courtenaylittletheatre.com

An Invitation to Get Involved
Join a Committee • Share Your Skills • Help Shape Our Future
Courtenay Little Theatre (CLT) has adopted a new Strategic Plan for 2026–2030. The plan sets out how CLT will grow, strengthen, and sustain community theatre in the Comox Valley over the next four years.
The plan is organized around five key goals:
1. Securing a long-term home for Courtenay Little Theatre
2. Expanding opportunities for production and participation
3. Growing skill development and training
4. Strengthening marketing and fund development
5. Growing an engaged and diverse membership and audience
Delivering on these goals depends on people. CLT will be implementing the plan through a set of working committees, supported by members who want to contribute their time, skills, and interests. Committees focus on areas such as facilities, programming, training, marketing, fundraising, membership, and audience experience.
See below a description of new committees we are launching and the kinds of skills and availability that are helpful. You do not need a lot of theatre experience to take part – interest, reliability, and a willingness to contribute are what matter most.
If a committee sparks your interest, we encourage you to reach out and get involved as we work together to shape CLT’s next chapter.
