The fabulous Courtenay Little Theatre team for “Hedda Gabler” at the NIZ Festival in Qualicum Beach!
We are immensely proud of Catherine Hannon (center, Honourable Mention, Best Director), Best Lead Actor in a Male Role (Maxamillian Wallace), Best Lead Actor in a Female Role (Allison Warnyca).
We also won a Special Award for Best Set Dressing and Props (Linda Lillico, Ruth Dilts, Maybeth Hoagland), Honourable Mentions for Best Set (Jay Crowder), Best Costumes (Molly Hilliar), and Best Lighting (Patrick Emery).
What a magnificent production of a hugely challenging classical Ibsen play. You are WINNERS in every sense! Well done and time for vacations for this truly excellent team. 🙂
